During Engineers Week the senior room explored and attempted to build bridges in our classroom. We used lollipop sticks of different sizes, PVA glue, cardboard, twine and paper straws.
The class learned about the different types of bridges and then decided on their design. Teamwork was very important in this task. There were some successes and failures and these helped us to develop a better perspective on the problems engineers try to solve every day.
